Our Story
About Mario Pacheco
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the fencing trade, our owner began his career as a laborer for a local competitor and worked his way up to foreman and later project manager. This experience provided a deep understanding of what makes a great fence company — honest communication, precision workmanship, and reliable service.
He combined that real-world expertise with formal education, earning a Business Degree from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Today, Southland Fencing Inc. is built on the same values of integrity, hard work, and customer satisfaction that guided his career from day one.
